In our Laotian home, "Khin Khin" means "eat eat."
In essence, the translation is an invitation like bon appétit! Khin Khin Food's mission is to bring authentic Lao flavors into your home, starting with our Lao style beef jerky at the forefront. Although staying true to our Lao roots, creativity has allowed us to merge the concepts of catering and custom grazing tables, highlighting Lao food in it's deserving right in the culinary world!

LAO STYLE BEEF JERKY
Khin Khin beef jerky is handcrafted and made with premium quality beef. Our family recipe starts with the freshest local ingredients using the latest technology for quality assurance. Lao beef jerky is distinctively different from standard
jerky–it's flash fried for a few seconds to intensify the bold flavors. It can be enjoyed as a protein
snack or served with sticky rice as a complete meal. Our friends and family have enjoyed it over the years and we hope to share it with yours!

Khin Khin Inc was founded by two childhood friends with a common love to share Lao cuisine with the world. With a combined experience of over 36 years in the food & hospitality industry, Anoy & Tracie teamed up with a vision to bring Lao style beef jerky to every busy family's home.
Located in the Central Valley, Khin Khin organically expanded into being the first premier Lao/Southeast Asian full service catering. The vibrant team is equipped to professionally bring elevated experience, fun, and zest to the table with a purpose of building long lasting memories.
